The importance of complience to FDA.

I love this industry and I respect and value all network marketing companies, and its sad when I hear about a bunch of loose cannon's hurting our industry by making income claims, claims of growing hair, extra limbs, or other stupid off the wall claims. When people make these claims they're desperate and in panic mode to grab anyone who has a pulse rate, in a headlock dragging them into the business. It's people like these who hurt our amazing industry.

As for my experience with my company, the products have blessed my life with good healthy results. As far as income claims, there are some making millions, there are some making nothing.

Industries are regulated by State Federal and Local governments, to protect the public. Be it Network Marketing, Real Estate or other businesses. With Network Markeing, you can not make claims that your products can do some unbelivible things in addition to income claims.  Here's my company's claim, and I disclose those claims no different then my disclosures in my real estate business and talking to people about my agency relationships as an limited agent, buyers agent, and sellers agent. We are regulated to protect the public.
